Employers have a chance to develop talent with deans from local community colleges at industry council events hosted by LAEDC. This is part of the value provided by the Center for a Competitive Workforce, which is focused on connecting employer needs with colleges to develop work-based learning programs, and even adapt college programs to teach current technologies as needed.
