CCW to facilitate additional student career pathway conversations directly with employers
It has been a very busy spring for our CCW staff, as we connect hundreds of students from the community colleges of LA County directly with employers in key industries, so they can ask questions, understand career pathways and hear the skills requirements for occupations. Faculty have also been joining these conversations and developing stronger industry relationships.
In our next engagement opportunity, students can connect directly with Healthcare employers from Medica Testing Group, AltaMed Health Services and JVSWorks on May 13th to delve into career pathways in healthcare. This engagement opportunity is brought to you by CCW, LAEDC and Working Nation.
